  2.       The purpose of PROGRADE PLUS is to provide additional operations that
  3.       can be performed on grade files.  Use the regular PROGRADE SYSTEM
  4.       program to routinely make and modify grade files.  Use PROGRADE PLUS
  5.       for its slightly more sophisticated analyses of a class' grades.  For
  6.       example, PROGRADE PLUS allows you to compare grades for any two
  7.       assignments.  PROGRADE PLUS can clone your grade file so that you
  8.       don't need to type in a class's names a second time for the next
  9.       grading period.  PROGRADE PLUS will also provide more detailed
  10.       individual grade reports, provide histogram diagrams, and compare
  11.       variability of grades.  Finally, PROGRADE PLUS allows you to combine
  12.       averages from several quarters, semesters, or grading periods; and
  13.       along with exam grades, to calculate a year grade.

  15.       Be sure that you have initialized THE PROGRADE SYSTEM using the
  16.       initialization program.  Also, be certain that a grade file already
  17.       exists on your data disk.  To work with PROGRADE PLUS, be certain that
  18.       you save any file that you are working on; then exit from the regular
  19.       PROGRADE SYSTEM program.  To run PROGRADE PLUS, get to the DOS system
  20.       and type PROPLUS  <enter>.  When PROGRADE PLUS runs, it will require
  21.       you to pick a file on which you will be working first. NOTE: YEAR FILES
  22.       END IN .YR   REGULAR FILES, WHICH YOU ARE CHOOSING NOW, DO NOT! DO NOT
  23.       ENTER A FILE WITH A  .YR EXTENSION AT THIS POINT IN THE PROGRAM.
